01 The Problem

A sales and operations team was struggling with disconnected data — leads came in from email, web forms, and referrals but required manual entry into Salesforce. Account data was frequently outdated. Follow-up tasks were missed because there was no automated scheduling. The team's CRM was more of a burden than a tool.

02 The Solution

Designed and implemented a comprehensive Salesforce automation suite using Python, custom REST API integrations, and Salesforce Flow. Automated lead capture from all sources, built duplicate detection and data enrichment workflows, created automated follow-up sequences, and built Python scripts to generate weekly pipeline reports with AI-written summaries.
